What’s this place? It’s not like Nathan did expect something specific, but that surely put him off guard as he found himself quite confused and rather anxious as he wasn’t sure to feel safe or not on here. Klaus was still beside him, what’s kinda good, but still. He had no idea what to think about this entire happening as he dared to move his gaze, somewhat trying to catch the other males eyes while having his left hand placed over his head.
“Grove? What is this?” He had to admit, it looked a lot more impressive than the ‘world’ he was used to by now. However, he can’t calm himself down due to the lack of comprehension he had here. After all, he actually felt like trapped within a dream.
They made it through safely. Thankfully they hadn’t been scattered across time and space. They were on firm ground, surrounded by the thick, dense jungle– all around, far above and even below their feet. Klaus turned to Nathan, expecting some belated reaction and Klaus was some what disappointed.
“This is the Grove. Before we were even around the Grove was here, a pocket of life wedged between two worlds. Two universes. It is ancient, alive and very much sentient. She can be your greatest friend or most fearsome enemy. Although that is usually up to her mood.” He neared Nathan before then placing his arm around the other’s shoulder, “She seems a little quiet today. Anyway, what do you think? Why don’t you say hi?”
