At the mention of his masters, Lily gasped. Already ?!
But he
looked so young! Her heart swelled with admiration
for the other, her cheeks
glowing as that grin on her face
grew tenfold as more and more questions pooled
into her
head for Klaus. He really was an interesting figure, one she
was eager
to know all about. Despite her excitement, she
remained quiet with her lips
zipped together in a thin line
to prevent her from interrupting. But when the coast was
clear and a question was asked, she burst forth with all
the passion she’d
been holding back,
❝ Yes! A robotics’ engineer! It’s the best of both worlds
for
me, to be honest! I love all things tech, am fascinated
by electricity, and
like to be productive in making a
difference! But hold on, hold on! You said
you’re working
on your masters ?? How old are you? Because you
look SUPER young! And you
sing? Geez, people
must be all over you! ❞
Her state of wonder was slightly humbling as he
wasn’t exactly your normal student. His father had
been the university president and Klaus himself
excelled in all his studies. Though this was only
because his little gift allowed him knowledge into
all things natural– some would say it was an unfair
advantage but it wasn’t all sunshine and flowers.
He knew little to nothing about technology. After his
tenure away from Earth he hadn’t been acclimatized
to the technological advancements. He had to jump
from using floppy disks to usbs and apparently the
internet had become a thing people actually used.
“I’m 22. I’ll admit I’m pretty good looking but I don’t think I look that young. Yep! I’m on my masters, hopefully afterwards I can finally get my doctorate. Won’t that be fun? I love singing, I can play the piano and most string instruments. I’m some what of a musical charmer but ironically, I’m still single.”
